About the project

A custom-built internal tool for managing customer relationships, designed for the client's sales team — with a Next.js web dashboard, Supabase backend and React Native mobile app.

The web dashboard includes a home overview with KPI cards (revenue, active deals, contacts, tasks due), an interactive revenue chart, a kanban pipeline for tracking deals through stages (Lead → Won), a searchable contact table with filters and status badges, an activity timeline, and settings with profile, team and integrations.

The mobile companion app covers the same key features in a pocket-friendly format: a home screen with metrics, a contact list with search and filters, a pipeline view by stage, and a notifications feed — all with a native feel on iOS and Android, synced in real time via Supabase.

Challenge

The sales team needed a centralized tool for tracking deals and contacts that works equally well on desktop for detailed management and on mobile for quick access in the field.

Solution

A Next.js web dashboard with shadcn/ui components and a Supabase backend (PostgreSQL, Row Level Security, real-time subscriptions). React Native with Expo for the mobile app with native tab navigation, push notifications and real-time sync. Recharts for analytics, Resend for email alerts on deal changes.

Results

A complete dual-platform CRM — dashboard, contacts, pipeline, activity feed, settings and mobile access, all connected to a single database.
